Steve Zagorski, Principal, AIA
Steve has been designing in Austin since 1992. Obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. He believes a timeless home is created using generous space, plentiful light and careful proportions. Steve is an avid cyclist and painter, spending his free time renovating his home workshop. Steve’s work has been featured in Archello, Amazing Architecture, Home World Design, and E-Architect.

Nathan Garcia, Project Manager
Nathan was born and raised in Austin, Texas and has been working here since 2020. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture where he also completed a fellowship through the Yale Rivendell Institute. Nathan believes above all else, architecture is an intimate service-based industry. Creating unique and deeply personal spaces specific to each and every client fuels his creativity. In his free time Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, hiking, and camping with his wife, Shannon, their son Lucus, and their dog Tuxie. He is also an Iron-Man all world athlete and is working towards qualifying for the world championships.
Jeremy Harrienger, Project Manager
Jeremy is an Austin native but has traveled extensively for design-related research. He has worked in several cities around the US and abroad, and has been working in Austin since 2022. Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M and Master of Architecture from Rice University. He has a broad history of professional experience, from design-build installations to sustainability systems design. He pursues architecture that is enlivened by place, grounded in its site, and is responsive to its environment. He’s driven by a desire to see spaces perform more expressively and efficiently while meeting the needs of those who occupy them.
Zoe Burkett, Architectural Designer
Zoe moved to Austin in 2026 from Columbus, Ohio to pursue a career in Architecture. She has worked in several cities in the US. Zoe received a Bachelors of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and is currently working on getting her Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. She lets her curiosity drive her to learn and uses it to navigate challenges along the way. Zoe is inspired by detailed craft and making spaces that hold a deeply personal sense of space while balancing the needs of the client. Most importantly she values working with a skilled team of designers, builders, and craftsmen, like we do here!
