A custom residential project on the East side of Ausin situated on a fairly small flat lot that backs up to an alley. We were able to provide a guest office downstairs with three bedrooms on level two and an additional guest quarters in the detached garage off the alley. The rear yard is the space between the garage studio and the main house. The house has a nice terrace off the living, dining, kitchen facing the rear yard with a pool. The design notion was to have a continuous bar form floating above level one. The notion is reinforced by the changing of materials to further contrast and juxtapose the lower forms.
